Assignment A

In this drawing I have been working on using absolute coordinates to make lines. Absolute coordinates are X and y coordinates. I have learned how to use absolute coordinates to make lines in certain places. That skill be used in the real world when making letters in a sign someone’s designing. I ran into a problem evening out the sides of the V and I tried it a 17.5 and 17.25 and it was still not evened out so I put it at 17.3725 which is halfway between 17.5 and 17.25 and it evened the sides out. I was successful by finishing the assignment.

Assignment B
Conner Woods 5B Assignment B.png
This drawing I have been working on basically the same thing as the last time, it is typing in coordinates and making the square and diamond spiral. I didn't really learn any new skills in this drawing. The skills I used in this drawing and the last drawing could be used in the real world when making an object that spirals. I didn’t have any problems in this drawing. I was successful in this drawing by completing the square and the diamond.

In the last drawing I was working on using absolute coordinates to make lines. Absolute coordinates are X and Y coordinates and I have learned how to use absolute coordinates to make lines in certain places. In this drawing I have learned how to use polar coordinates. Polar coordinates are when you type in the distance of the line and the angle of the line. Polar coordinates could be used in the real world when making anything that you can type coordinates in for. I had a problem when I was dimensioning because the last line’s dimension was wrong, it was supposed to be 4.75 but it wasn’t. So I had Mr. Bailey check it and he was wrong when he wrote down the coordinates for the falcon. I was successful in this drawing by finishing it and making the 4 for it and I used the tools it told me to use to be successful in making the drawing.

In the last drawing I used polar coordinates. In this drawing I used the circle tool, line tool and the arc tool. I used tangent connecting the circles. I used midpoint and parallel when I was making the white lines connecting the red and magenta lines. Those tools will help me in the future when I need to make an arc. These tools could be used in real life when making a laptop. I didn’t have any problems with this assignment. I was successful by finishing the assignment and using the tools it told me to.

Assignment F

In the last drawing I used the circle tool, line tool and the arc tool. In this drawing I used the line tool, polar coordinates, trim tool, and the mirror tool. Those tools could be used in the future when I need to trim a line or mirror something. These tools could be used in the real world when making anything that is symmetrical. I didn’t have any problems with this assignment. I was successful by finishing the drawing and using the tools it told me to.

Assignment G
Polygon.pngInside polygon.png

In the last drawing I used the line tool, polar coordinates, trim tool, and the mirror tool. In this drawing polygon tool, rotate tool, scale tool and the mirror tool. Those tools could be used in the future when making a polygon, when mirroring something, rotating something and rescaling something. Those tools could be used in the real world when making a soccer ball. I didn’t have any problems with this drawing. I was successful by finishing the drawing using the tools it told me to.

Assignment H
Slote plate.png
In the last drawing I used the polygon tool, rotate tool, scale tool and the mirror tool. In this drawing I used the line tool, circle tool, the arc tool, ordinate dimensions and the measuring tools. Those tools could be used in the future when making anything you can make with line, arcs and circles. Those tools could be used in the real world when making a laptop. I didn’t have any problems with this drawing. I was successful by finishing the drawing and using the tools it told me to.

Assignment I
Isometric Drawings.png
isometric drawing 4.png
In the last drawing I used the line tool, circle tool, the arc tool, ordinate dimensions and the measuring tools. In this drawing I used the line tool and isometric view. These tools could be used in the future when you need to make an isometric drawing. These tools could be used in the real world when you make a full cad drawing. I had no problems with this drawing. I was successful by finishing the drawing and by using the tools it told me to.

Assignment J
Rubiks cube.pngRubiks cube cylinders.png
In the last drawing I used the line tool and isometric view. In this drawing I used cube tool, realistic view, 3D array tool and cylinder tool. These tools can help in the future when making anything with cylinders and cubes. These tools could be used in the real world when making a laptop keyboard. I had to ask Bailey how to do this drawing. I was successful by completing the drawing and using the tools Bailey told me to.

Assignment K

Plum Bob.png
In the last drawing I used cube tool, realistic view, 3D array tool and cylinder tool. In this drawing I used the line tool, arc tool and revolve tool. These tools could be used in the future when making anything 3D that is round. These tools could be used in the real world when making a football. I had no problems with this drawing. I was successful by finishing the drawing and using the tools it told me to.
